How it works?

1. One of our IAESTE UK representatives will have a call with you, to discuss your company and its needs, your aims and expectations of welcoming an intern. They will gather the details and create a tailored role.
2. We advertise the role on the global IAESTE platform, job boards, our social media channels, and directly through relevant university faculties. IAESTE partner countries also promote the opportunity through their own networks.
3. We interview top candidates who apply for the role, and assess whether their skills and motivation align with your requirements.
4. We aim to send you a shortlist of around 5 top candidates, ready for you to interview, within 4 weeks of starting the recruitment process.
5. You offer the role to the candidate who fits your needs best.
6. IAESTE UK agrees on the internship start and end dates, and arranges everything for the relocation including the acceptance agreement, certificate of sponsorship, visa and accommodation.
7. Your intern starts.
