For your internship in the UK, you will need a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and a Temporary Worker Government Authorised Exchange (TWGAE) visa.
TWGAE
IAESTE UK will guide and support you with your visa application. You will need to pay for the visa fee yourself when you submitting your application directly to the British Government. Read more about this visa here.
CoS
In order to receive a Temporary Worker Government Authorised Exchange (TWGAE) visa, you will need to have a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS). We work with immigration lawyers and handle the entire process for you. The CoS is paid for, on your behalf. As soon as you receive a confirmation from us with your CoS, you can apply for your visa.
VAC
If you are from a non-EU country, you might have to visit a visa application centre (VAC) to do your biometrics. You might have to pay for your VAC appointment. Otherwise, the visa process is the same as for applicants from the EU.
